Just put steamed soybeans, koji, and salt in the same hopper.
This is Accumulative automatic weighing & supplying equipment that realizes an improved weighing accuracy and cost reduction by accumulation. We have invented this equipment for small-scale factories in response to the industry’s demand.
■ Point
1. Corrective two-stage weighing system is adopted. Amount of salt is adjusted for steamed soybeans and koji, which prevents variations in salt content.
2. Reasonable equipment cost as there is only one scale hopper.
3. Simple structure, easy cleaning by water
4. A pole is used to distant a load cell attachment from a scale hopper. Therefore, a load cell is stored in a completely water-proof protecting box, and there is no electric leakage during water cleaning.
5. No deterioration of weighing accuracy by a knife edge’s abrasion or corrosion as a knife-less structure (stainless-steel thin plate attachment) is adopted.
