The important thing in koji making is dispersal of seed mold.
This Powder or grain seed mold supplying device can feed even a small amount of seed mold at a constant amount.
Conventionally, dispersing seed mold at the exit area of cooling equipment has been common, but we have adopted an air transportation method in consideration of the surrounding environment. This realizes a clean environment.

■ Point

1. Air transportation method is adopted, and it is possible to feed seed mold to a place distant from the main body. (Teflon air tube is used)

2. Stable seed mold feeding is realized by the seed mold feeding air line with an air-washing/dehumidifying unit.

3. A seed mold hopper and a constant amount feeding rotor have excellent air tightness, and scattering of seed mold hardly occurs.

4. Simpler structure than the conventional type, and easy disassembly/assembly adjustment

5. By loading a powder detector (option), it is possible to monitor seed mold amount inside the seed mold hopper during operation. (prevention of operation loss)
