■ Outline

Traditionally, air transportation was used in most factories for transporting discharged koji and played a great role in power saving. However, with increased amount of fermentation and an upsized fermentation tank, and also from the aspect of preventing noise pollution, transporting equipment that replaces air transportation has been demanded. To meet the needs of the times, we have invented Koji and salt brine mixing and transporting equipment. It has been highly acclaimed with many delivery records and abundant experience.

■ Point

1. Large volume can be transported for a long distance smoothly without blocking. It cannot be done by air transportation.

2. Due to pump transportation, motivity is much smaller than that of air transportation with the same capacity, which means electric power cost is lower.

3. As mixing of discharged koji with brine is completely done by a brine mixing screw, agitation during preparation can be done easily or even skipped. Therefore, it is best suited for a large-size fermentation tank, especially for an outdoor fermentation tank.

4. Due to a wet type pump transportation, there is no spore dispersal, and working environment is good and clean without noise pollution such as blower noise from air transportation.

5. By using a special pump, there is no pulsation. The equipment can handle a load change in the rate of koji discharging, and transportation can be done reliably without blocking the pipe.

6. Easy to clean the transporting pipe. No special technique is required.
