■ Point

1. Ideal steamed rice with hard outer skin and soft inside is made by a vertical multistage steam blowing method.

2. Due to the vertical structure, steam can work sterically and effectively, which makes it possible to completely gelatinize rice in a short period of time, and steam consumption can be saved. (1/3 to 1/5 steam consumption of the conventional horizontal continuous rice steaming equipment)

3. A small amount of steaming can be done completely with a downward steam blowing pipe, and steam can blow through the equipment evenly to make steamed rice less variable.

4. Simple structure with no mechanical drive, less trouble, strongly built, affordable, and easy cleaning after use
