Grain washing machine (F type)

In the recent brewing industry, contamination by foreign material has become an issue.
In response to the industry’s request, we have developed a compact, unit-type, and multifunctional grain washing machine. In addition to the existing functions, the trammel-type polishing machine mounted on the upper side of the washing machine and the washing tank are connected by a vertical pump. With functions to remove sand and polish grain, this machine is attracting many customers.
■ Point
1. There is a washing tank, and floating substance is removed.
2. Deposited heavy foreign substances (rocks, sand, metals etc.) can be removed more efficiently by the partition board inside the washing tank.
3. With the trammel-type drum that can polish grain, extraneous material on the grain surface can be removed.
4. Machine is downsized by combining washing and polishing.
5. By setting a sedimentation pocket in the bottom part of the vertical pump, heavy foreign substances can be removed completely.
6. Various kinds of grain (such as rice, wheat, whole round soybeans etc.) can be washed.
7. Three-step washing is possible:
(1) First-step: Backwater is used.
(2) Second-step: Flow grain into the polishing machine by the vertical pump, and wash away.
(3) Third-step: Finishing washing by clear water
