Before we developed the Sonic Stera auto-continuous sonic powder sterilizer, it was difficult to sterilize powder raw materials and retain their quality.Sonic Stera applies a completely new sterilization principle (patented in 18 countries worldwide including Japan) to achieve optimum sterilization while minimizing quality deterioration in the powder.

Rotary Flow Type Roasting Equipment RX Series

This equipment blows hot air into grain raw materials from beneath, causing it to rise up and become fluidized.The grain is rapidly heated by the hot air while being mixed, which means that it is efficiently and hygienically roasted using little energy.The equipment achieves an adequate level of gelatinization without causing charring or protein denaturation.

Sani Filter has overcome the problems that beset conventional filtration devices – namely the large quantities of liquid concentrate remaining after filtration, the time and effort required for retrieving the cake, the difficulty of cleaning and sterilization, and the troublesomeness of control operation, among others.Exceedingly sanitary and economical, the Sani Filter diatomite filtration equipment imposes only minor environmental burdens.
