Fujiwara Techno-Art has been developing its fermentation technology for more than 70 years throughout the company's history. The production facilities we propose are composed of many elemental technologies, such as technology for the heat treatment of raw material grains, controlled microbial cultivation and fermentation, solid-liquid separation, and pasteurization.

We have been able to systematize these elemental technologies and can offer a complete set of well-balanced, efficient fermentation equipment, together with actual plant construction in a total engineering project.

Because Fujiwara Techno-Art undertakes the design and construction of the entire plant, including the appearance of the plant building, there is a sense of unity between the production facilities and plant building. This sense of unity is essential for the sanitary management system to ensure food safety and for realizing a pleasant working environment.
