Each of our products is made to order. This is because our corporate philosophy is“The Integration of Technology (Techno) and Sensibility (Art).”Our company name,“Fujiwara Techno-Art”expresses our aspiration to“make creative products through integrating technology (Techno) and sensibility (Art).”We want to offer the“best solutions”for our customers by considering their present and future needs faithfully and sincerely, as well as with humility, and by listening carefully to their aims and aspirations. We will continue to refine our sensibilities (Art) in order to accurately discern our customers' present and future needs, and our technologies (Techno), in order to give shape to their desires and to manufacture fine products.

Because each of our products is made to order, no two products have the same specifications in terms of their production capacity, raw materials, target quality, etc. Each product is developed and improved based upon our customers' individual requirements. As for the manufacture of fermented products, we make various machines for treating raw materials, koji production, mixing ingredients, fermentation, pressing, filtering, distillation, and refining. We can also construct entire plants with systematized processing lines. We were the first company in the fermented food industry to construct a plant based on a full-turnkey system, comprising land development, plant building, fermentation facilities, and drainage. We continue to develop the technological capabilities that can be applied to such projects. We believe it is our responsibility and our role to offer the“very best solutions”to our customers with production systems that can respond quickly to diverse needs and deliver the highest quality.
